Continuing the effective role of the Training Center in meeting the actual training needs of the various sectors of the ministry and implementing the training plan, which includes different training fields at the main headquarters and branches, the activities of the training program (Practical Applications on the Price Differences Equation and the Compensation Law) started today, Sunday, May 19, 2024, at the General Administration of Training in Esna. The program will cover several topics throughout this week: 🔸 Practical entry of data for actual operations (canal rehabilitation), creating data models, and calculating price differences using Excel. 🔸 Entering quantities for all items in the price difference models and selecting the quantities eligible for differences. 🔸 Explanation of how to prioritize bids and different scenarios. 🔸 Explanation of the application of the Compensation Law and its relation to the price differences equation. 🔸 Explanation of a practical example of calculating compensations and comparing them with price differences.
