To be a distinguished pioneer Hub Centre at both National and Regional levels, that capable of facilitating professional and academic training and learning activities in various fields by using both the Up-To-Date techniques and the most effective training methods and facilities taking into account the vitality of cooperation with National and Regional entities that share the same goals or/ and the same activities. Working under the auspices of UNESCO and accreditation by the Central Agency for Organization and Administration are main pillars in facilitating the achievement of this vision.
